EC 37 A-2 Well

On June 2, 2009 the Company announced the discovery of commercial gas reserves in its EC 37 A-2 Well located in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. The well was spud on May 8, 2009 and drilled to a total depth of 12,039 feet. Upon completion of drilling activities, production casing was run and the well was suspended awaiting production facilities. The well was successfully completed as a Frac-packed single completion in the Rob L Sand on January 12, 2010. Due to unexpected water production upon start-up, a lift boat will be mobilized to the East Cameron 37 platform in order to facilitate the pumping of a water blocking treatment. Results of the treatment should be known fiscal Q3.
